WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE CONSIGNMENT WITH NOVA & CO 

We’re so excited that you’re consigning with us!

You can bring up to 50 items for consignment. However, we need to take in at least 8 items to create an account.

We are accepting Winter women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories. All sizes are accepted. 

Clothes sell only in style and on-trend unless they're vintage.

Items must be purchased within 2 years of the fashion season.

Items that are new or only worn once aren't always in style.

Please ensure everything is in excellent, like-new condition, with no pilling, odours (smoke), animal hair, stains, or wrinkles. 

For your appointment, please put your clothing in a laundry basket, box, or solid bag (no garbage bags or hangers). 

 We do not accept skinny jeans, wedding/bridesmaid dresses, workwear, maternity wear, undergarments, lingerie, bras, bathing suits, sleepwear, men’s clothing, children’s clothing or house decor.

All clothing items must have the original garment tag/size tag attached.

BRANDS WE DO NOT ACCEPT:

Walmart, Costco, Forever 21, Urban Planet, Urban Behaviour, Sirens, Stitches, Warehouse One, International Concept,

Penningtons, Laura, Northern Reflection, Nygard, Ardene, or Shein/Temu.

We will be very picky with H&M, Reitmans, Rickies, RW & CO, Old Navy, Joe Fresh, Amazon and other online

retailers/sellers depending on the quality.

ITEMS WE WILL BE SELECTIVE ACCEPTING (They don’t sell well):

HEEL/SHOES - BUSINESS WEAR - LARGE PURSES - RIPPED JEANS - SCARFS/GLOVES

CONSIGNMENT TERMS:

Nova & Co sets the selling price; you will receive 40% of the sold item price or 50% to be used as in-store credit.

We keep items on consignment for 70-90 days.

After 70-90 days, you can choose to donate your items or come pick your items up within 7 days after the contract expires.

Please call or message to see if all items have sold or if you have items you need to pick up.

Balances over $20 will be paid out by check at the end of the contract term unless you prefer store credit.

Parking is available at Langley City Hall (20399 Douglas Crescent)

Have items in a large Canvas Bag to make transport easier

RETURN POLICY:

All consignment items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Due to their pre-loved nature, consignment items may have slight imperfections due to previous wear.
